Abstract
This research analyzes how TVET systems across Southeast Asia are adopting digital technologies, including LMS, AI tools, and blended learning models. It highlights key challenges such as infrastructure gaps and digital literacy, while proposing scalable solutions for improving access and quality of vocational education.
